Goals

Goal	Description
editorconfig:check	Checks whether files are formatted according to rules defined in `.editorconfig` files. If fomat violations are detected, either causes the build to fail (if `failOnFormatViolation` is `true`) or just produces a warning.
editorconfig:format	Formats a set of files so that they comply with rules defined in `.editorconfig` files.
